This tour will always be a special one for me. I was with the For Your Eyes Only tour through the United States as well as 26 countries spanning Europe and Africa. Truly an experience that taught me so much that I bring with me to every gig to this day.
I had only recently completed the in-person D3 Basics Training and was called upon to operate the second half of the American leg of the tour. The showfile was programmed by a real expert and I was able to focus more on the touring aspect of touring. My skills are built upon a solid foundation because of this opportunity in so many ways.
By the time we made it to Europe I was confident enough to make the necessary changes due to every venue being a different size and by the time the Europe leg was over I was ready for anything.
